Some management were straight shooters the ones who moved up lost touch with the ones that were there from the start

To many chiefs to much power and a lot of butt kissing and back stabbing

Its a paycheck and that's it. Not much just work when they want you to. At least they do have benefits that aren't the worst.

Cons

Pay sucks. Not competitive with other employers in the area. Expect too much out of their employees without paying them according. Hired to just push a broom and have to know how to run the entire elevator from the scale house (grading, weighing, and doing tickets/bill of ladings) to drying grains, running the elevator, dumping/loading trucks, and maintenance. Employees getting written up for stuff that is not even their responsibility also happens.
