      Pros

      Organization was relatively flat, making it easy to communicate with other departments. The company was supportive of growing talent and made a strong effort to ensure people felt their expectations were met.

      Cons

      Trading commodities can be volitile, and since my experience there the company was acquired by a Japanese company and I cannot speak to what may have changed since then.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok. Local employees easy to get along with. Good coffee and customers are nice to talk to and trade with.

      Cons

      When leaving they want to audit you and make you pay for supplues used to operate their facilities and threatened to prosecute in court. Buildings are old and should be torn down for safety purposes.
