Pros

Benefits are ok. Local employees easy to get along with. Good coffee and customers are nice to talk to and trade with.

Cons

When leaving they want to audit you and make you pay for supplues used to operate their facilities and threatened to prosecute in court. Buildings are old and should be torn down for safety purposes.

Great environment, decentralized, each facility facilitates itself, rewarded for efforts, great people and customers, recognizes other competitors as networking and business opportunities instead of just competition, growing fast, big commitments ahead for major assets/investments, senior management challenges facilities to strive on being better and have great communication/interaction with each facility

Cons

Lacking in technology, some non commodity business being swallowed by corporate, seasonality business (harvest has long hours) typical grain industry

Good benefits with twenty days of PTO. Onsite cafeteria and gym. Company reimbursed education. Lots of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Located in downtown Omaha, so must pay for parking. Duties are not always evenly distributed among others in same position.
