      Pros

      Good experience working in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Read the bland unethical company review. Unethical/ unprofessional management who aren't good at what they do. They expect people who work hard and are good at what they do to over compensate for everyone else. Extremely political. The review system is a complete joke.

      Recognize true hard work, and most of the Trade Op management is great.

      Can be very political, and undergoing major executive changes.

      Not Family Friendly but Flexible

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. They have a GIVE Committee that we're able to participate in and they have onsite lunch and a fitness center.

      Cons

      There aren't any females in high ranking positions. There is a lot of "perception" and complaining and comparing to others instead of minding your own business. Management doesn't do anything to alleviate this behavior. The bottom line seems to rule the day.
