Pros

Generally friendly, but willing to betray another colleague in self-interest. Good office location, but bad commute.

Cons

Poor comp, no bonus, benefits even worse. Managers deceptive, only interested in self-preservation. Easy work, but stifling atmosphere, no advancement. Senior managers lack any sense of ethics, many functions outsourced to third party providers, so no accountability within the company.

Pros

If you like American mentality and have nothing against not having basic liberty of decision taking, you will probably like it.

Cons

Not easy to stomac some of the high ranking managers that believe they know it all but are as far from that as their belief in it is.

Some management were straight shooters the ones who moved up lost touch with the ones that were there from the start

Cons

To many chiefs to much power and a lot of butt kissing and back stabbing
