GDBA has worked hard to create a very strong internal culture that any hard working individual would find is extremely rewarding. As an employee, your leadership will push you to high standards, but they will also practice what they preach. You'll be entering an environment of constant improvement and evolution, and you will have the opportunity to participate in that on day one. Finally, you will be given endless opportunities to progress your knowledge and skill sets. Always say yes and good things will come! I cannot recommend this company enough, whether it be the internal culture, the commitment to 100% success with it's clients, or the pride you feel for representing the mission.

Cons

Any cons I would mention about work schedules or pay can be easily remedied by the fact that GDBA leadership is willing and happy to adjust there policies for each individual if they simply ask. The leaders here truly care.

Expecting a typical work-life balance in this career is an unrealistic expectation. Protecting clients on weekends, through the night, and holidays is inherent to this career. We're not for everyone and there are much easier jobs... With regards to Earnings, those considering GDBA should see our exceptional pay on our website. We're very transparent. I also encourage you to review our Benefits -- as they are hands-down the best in any industry. You mentioned micromanaging. After 30 years in the Military and Security, I've found that most (not all) claims of "micromanaging" are because the complainer doesn't like being held accountable.
