The immediate leadership is nice. Overall a good job and good benefits

Cons

They are very political. They have an open door policy where you can talk to anyone in the company which may sound nice, but it is the opposite. You will get in trouble for speaking your mind. If you want to have success in this company just keep your head down and lie when asked for your opinion.

Cons

Alot of the "exciting" opportunities require travel. May not be a con, but if you don't want to travel those doors wont be open.
