Pros

The happiness of the staff is prioritized above all else. The pay and benefits are above average for this industry. Plus, it’s easy to do your job once you learn the ropes. It’s actually pretty difficult to fail at Geary. Your biggest enemy is easily poor work ethic!

Cons

There’s always a person or two that bring negativity into the workplace. Obviously, this is no fault of the management, but it still sours an otherwise perfect work experience.

Pros

It’s good honest warehouse work. Management are chill for the most part and the culture is phenomenal. Most people will go out of their way to make you feel like you’re a part of the family. Six months in thus far. Looking forward to what the future has in store.

Cons

The summer heat is unforgiving on the warehouse floor.

Pros

One of the better jobs I’ve ever had. In my opinion Geary Pacific is a standout in the HVAC industry and our attention to customer service is what differentiates us from the competition. It’s a fun job run by awesome people. Wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.

Cons

When things can busy stress levels tend to elevate.
