- There's always work to do so you never feel counter productive - Co-workers are very laid back, and so your department has a very relaxing environment

New issues everyday Help people resolve technical issues The people you work with are chilled out Management is pretty cool, they mainly take your side. Pay is good for what you do.

Cons

No up skilling Rarely get training on new products if you have a degree, you're over qualified Same old Customers ring in day in day out, it gets really annoying when you can guess the client by their voice Constantly giving help to people to sort their stuff out when most of the time a quick restart or google will fix the issue ... people don't seem to want to try anything before they ring up. No way to rank up the ladder .. you're either a worker or a manager.
