Pros

Fixing computers is fun and educational

Cons

Understaffed. Underpaid. Customers are always angry. Be prepared to do more janitorial work than actually fixing computers (taking out the garbage, vacuuming). Very disorganized flow of work. ZERO career growth. TERRIBLE hours. NO time off.

The geeksquad is very good place to work, you can learn a lots of things, technical and customer service. The perfect management is help and backup you in all situations.

Cons

In geek squad you work in pressure, some times you should serve 2 customers in same time. The level of stress is high in weekends.
