      Pros

      Good pay for a part time hourly employee. I love what I do. Working for an affiliate of best buy means a good discount at the store.

      Cons

      No training/development, most agents are knowledgeable because most are computer geeks/nerds outside of work. If they aren't then they are the ones people talk s**t about. Geek Squad provides no training, courses, or incentives for doing so. Getting A+ certified is a norm for a computer geek, but not even Geek Squad gives you raise for it, pays for the exam, or promotes their employees to do so. Also getting yelled at on an hourly basis sucks.
