      Pros

      stable job and great employee benefits including PTO, 401k, health insurance coverage and premimums, and employee wellness plan. probably some of the best benefits you can get.

      Cons

      Conflicting Exec Leadership team. under 2% raise past 2 years. Little internal training for non-clincal staff.

      Company has bonus for extra shifts.

      Cons

      No teamwork. People have their people and don’t really care about the rest. Almost hostile atmosphere.
