      Pros

      Great work environment with coworkers.

      Cons

      Not great work life balance, expected to only force on work. Not good when you have kids and struggling with little PTO. Would get a raise the same time the insurance goes up (yearly) and the raise actually make the paycheck less.

      The management team is outstanding. They are caring, approachable, and create a family-like environment. Training is comprehensive, and the team’s talent and collaboration really stand out.

      While the work environment is great, the pay doesn’t fully match the responsibilities and could be improved.
