Pros
Management are actual real people and you can develop close and trusting relationships with them. If you get bored easily and like variety in your job, this is a great place to work.
Cons
Pays WAY to little for the work we do and the responsibilities we have, not to forget, the amount of money we pull in for the company. I make $7k less a year than the financial assistance department's minimum pay for a single person. Enterprise pharmacy requires PTO requests to be made 2 months in advance, and sick days receive 1 full occurance, with 8 occurances forcing termination, even if your leadership doesn't want to lose you.
