7yThank you for sharing your experience. In the rare, but unfortunate situation, that an employee’s position is impacted due to a reorganization, we do our best to be as transparent as possible. In doing so, we provide support for employees interested in being considered for other opportunities within the organization. Our goal at Geisinger is to ensure our employees feel secure and appreciated in their roles.
