Pros

One of the few healthcare employers left in central/northeast Pennsylvania.

Cons

Far too many layers of management. No commitment to following through with promises to employees. By buying up all the competitors, they obliterate challengers in the marketplace and remove employment options. Management cares only about profits and their resulting high salaries. Very poor communication between management and staff.

Pros

-Flexible schedule (only if your contracted) -Friendly coworkers -There are good restaurants in the area

Cons

-You have to work on site despite being contracted, you have to follow the dress code, and follow all standard employee rules without the benefits. -They will offer you a nice hourly rate but then you will be responsible for paying the taxes which means at the end of the year you can owe around 10k if you were working full time hours making your nice hourly rate not that great. -You don't get any of the benefits. They basically hire contracted workers so they can treat them like regular employees but not pay the benefits.
