Pros

Salary, benefits, standard work hours, up-to-date tech and tools are provided to perform the job.

Cons

Head of Epic is the biggest con. Due to her actions, I saw a lot of great, talented people leave Epic, or the wrong people promoted. Several people actually received promotions when they threatened to leave. Fix that problem, and perhaps, overall moral for Epic teams across the board will improve. Also, it's part of the job, but 24/7 on call can make for tiring work day.
