      Not many options in the area Large system

      Cons

      GWV management does not value their staff. If they like you you get on but if you do not tow the company line then watch out, even if you put pts first you have to do what they want They have no idea of work/life balance and don't care about it either, you are their servant and are expected to have no life outside of geisinger

      Pros

      Great employer for the area, excellent health benefits, generous vacation allowance and accrual, many remote work options and no one seems to ever get fired

      Cons

      Not competitive re wages on a national scale, isolated location makes you a captive employee. Poor opportunities for real career growth at an organization where many employees are there >20+ years.
