Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits, such as 401K, time off, and at one time tuition reimbursement for ongoing education. Salary was not that great. Hours were good. Many good co-working and contacts.
Cons
Management in many departments was a con. As stated by another reviewer going to HR was more harmful than helpful. Going to senior management was even worse. Did not feel like part of the team, but was told they asked for my input. Too much dictatorship and not enough leadership. Believe me they love to refer to themselves as leadership.
