Pay is terrible. They expect a graphic designer experience but there is NO DESIGNING NEEDED OR NECESSARY for this job. Management are glorified hall monitors. NO TALKING....keep your head down and GET TO WORK! Walk on eggshells around here. All these graphic designers - wasted talent....so much talent here. You literally have to slap yourself in the face to keep from falling asleep. Such a boring job. It is basically a factory job that you are sitting at the computer all day. They do not hire enough workers so there is MANDATORY overtime MOST of the year. DO NOT PLAN TO HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF WORK!! Coworkers do not talk to other coworkers. Such a bizarre place. Coworkers will not look at other coworkers.

They say they are a family, but that's a lie. The atmosphere is stifling. If you talk or laugh with your coworkers, they make you move to a different desk! They expect you to wear shirt, tie and dress shoes, but you work in a big shed - with flies, gnats and ants everywhere. We get yelled at for having any food at our desks because of the mice. No advancement possibilities unless you plan on staying there for at least a decade.
