Fair pay and benefits. A good environment for those that can self-teach. Impressive state-of-the-art production facility on campus albeit mostly automated and unmanned.

Cons

Intense workload at times. Low pay scale. Management that they are personally offended if you are not working at 100% speed and efficiency every moment on the floor.

Pros

Steady employment. A good environment for those that can self-teach. Impressive state-of-the-art production facility on campus albeit mostly automated and unmanned.

Cons

Low pay scale. I get a feeling from management that they are personally offended if you are not working at 100% speed and efficiency every moment on the floor. I have worked all my life and am not afraid to tackle labor intensive and demanding jobs, but Gemini has a "sweat shop" mentality and it is projected to it's employees.
