Base pay after initial 90 days is adequate.

Cons

Poor company culture, leadership, and a lack of transparency; all of which killed morale. No growth unless you're willing to do twice the work (layout AND sales) for a very small pay increase.

Nice Employess, home life balance, help desk to help you do your job properly, 5 weeks of training, free insurance if you are single no dependents

Cons

Extremely high insurance for you WITH any dependents, pay starting range is biased, try to make incentives prizes for more work performed, rather than paying a higher wage for more workload, "trial period" of promotion until you get actual salary raise when promoted
