Pros

Steady employment, but that's about it. They have a no layoff rule, but that means they won't hire enough people to handle the work so you have to work mandatory Saturdays and overtime every week except a couple of months in the dead of winter - and forget taking vacations!

Cons

They say they are a family, but that's a lie. The atmosphere is stifling. If you talk or laugh with your coworkers, they make you move to a different desk! They expect you to wear shirt, tie and dress shoes, but you work in a big shed - with flies, gnats and ants everywhere. We get yelled at for having any food at our desks because of the mice. No advancement possibilities unless you plan on staying there for at least a decade.

My coworkers are really cool people to be around

I only put 1 star because I am unable to put zero. This company does not value hard work. They will cross train you in almost everything but will not pay you accordingly. Management is not professional and there is a lot of favoritism from the managers to the employees at the location I worked in. They are not transparent about them outsourcing to India that was supposed to be just a pilot and now they are outsourcing customer service representatives and layout artists so you might not have an in since they want to get cheap labor elsewhere. HR is also a mess, they do not care about the employees’ well-being and they shove things under the carpet as if they never happened. Do not work here, even if you exceed expectations it is never enough for managers and leads and you will feel burnt out every other week. Low morale Not enough pay for the amount of work You might not get paid enough, but the CEO has multiple houses!

Pros

There is really no pros working at gemini. Company says they care but they don't. Best part is probably the benefits.

Cons

No training. Poor management that refuses to help. Favoritism were certain people don't get punished but others would get fired for the same thing. Mean co-workers. Can get fired for asking for training. Very high turnover yet wonders why can't get people when supposedly a good company to work for.
