Compensation was competitive. Many teams across the organization have passionate, talented people.

Cons

There is no clear vision or direction at the top. High turnover even at the highest level of the organization means constantly shifting strategies and makes it difficult to buy in. They don’t seem interested in retaining or developing talent.
