None. Lowest Cost technical acceptable says it all.

Cons

Horrible experience, abusive corporate leadership that is short sighted. Despite having a tele work agreement with refused to allow employees to execute telework plan during the height of COVID. Corporate leadership does not believe in tele work in this day and age. This experience sums up Gemini, they opened a office for fifteen people and Gemini bought a college cube refrigerator. Leadership laughed that the fridge was to small, toughen up was there response. They take 1/3 of earned leave, uncompensated, if you do not use it before providing two weeks notice. Ask about their stick program and the vesting, lol. You never see it.

- Compensation is pretty good for now - Working with very smart people

Cons

- Leadership is some of the worst I have seen in my entire career - 6th manager and only been around for less than a year - Not much support for your role - Most companies have a transition plan with big changes, this company doesnt even understand what transition is - Amazon like culture with little regard for the employees - Not stable enough for a long career - Stock options are a joke and are not worth anything
