Only take this job if you're ready to REALLY advocate for yourself. In my experience it's hard to find a trustworthy mentor or champion.

Insane bro culture with too many egos that prevent management from listening to fresh ideas, causing us to repeat the same foolish mistakes. Management is a hot mess. It truly feels like a cult, with so many people just hanging off of every word the Winklevoss twins say, even when they act like petulant children on Twitter when responding to serious SEC charges. The cult-like atmosphere is only reinforced by their ridiculous names for everything. We're not employees, we're astronauts. We don't have leadership, we have the Bridge. We don't work hard, we go to plaid mode, we're mountain-movers, or some other random cliché.
