Pros
Benefits are good. Compensation is great. NY Office has great perks (when it's available) Great company parties/outings Company-driven cultural growth has been a core focus. Transparency is more accessible than ever. Very few genuinely bad apples/actors. Everyone wants to help. Always moving forward even when things don't go as expected. WFH, Unlimited PTO
Cons
Teams shoot themselves in the foot every so often (everyone does. it's growing pains) A lot of good technical managers, not so great people managers. Each team has a startup feel. (This is a con if you think it is) Tons of small quirks which makes you raise an eyebrow (none individually would make you want to leave) Work/life balance depends on the team you're on and your work ethos. When it sucks, boy does it suck. Can be a rough experience if you're reliant on always having decisions weighed and made for you.
