Pros
Overall, Gemini is a great place to work. The people are super smart and the culture is oriented towards getting things done, but not at the expense of employee mental health. Gemini has been incredibly flexible with employees while we navigate COVID, BLM and everything else 2020 has thrown at us. People have always been willing to help me when I've asked for it. Previously I worked for very large companies, and the perks of working for a smaller, more agile company are real! I can't speak to promotion process, but I've gotten constructive feedback in real time - for me that's a huge improvement over waiting around for an annual review process.
Cons
The growing pains are there, but leadership is working hard to outline more detailed plans for the future. I think those plans will really take shape in the next 6 months.
