Some really talented, cool, individual contributor folks. Liked hanging out with everyone.

Cons

There is no product roadmap. There is no strategy. What they call a product roadmap is actually a backlog of cool ideas that no one besides maybe 5 people are allowed to see. The arbitrary backlog of features are prioritized based on how cool or marketable it sounds. The Product Managers are actually Project Managers. Very top down, waterfall approach to building products. They actively refuse to hire capable product managers, either because the existing top PM feels threatened or because they don't know what good product management is. Design and engineering end up having to pick up the product management slack. A lot of decisions are made based on C.Y.A. as opposed to product or business goals.

Good pay for the most part. Reasonable work life balance for most. (but not all)

Cons

If you enjoyed high school bullies you will enjoy working here. There is no real leadership and there is no opportunity to be a leader unless you make friends with the right people. Very fake environment.
