Base pay is good if you're lucky.

Cons

Leadership is in complete disarray and extremely predatory. Never seen anything like it. Company has been in a solid downward spiral for a while Promotions and yearly bonuses bonuses have been nixed with no promise to resume, just a half hearted plan to review at the end of summer. Layoffs are continuously happening beyond the three main waves. People are voluntarily leaving continuously on top of that. Virtually no hiring at all. Pay gaps can be massive especially for those who have been loyal and with the company for a long time and have been thanked with stagnated wages. PM and strategy can be all over the place Skill ceiling is lower than I expected when starting Negative, fearful culture

Good pay when you start, but no increases after that..

Cons

Horrible team management in the Finance dept. Very bro culture; they fire people who's been there the longest and people who don't conform to sucking up to management. You get pings around the clock and manager still wonders where you are even though it's after hours. Top management seems reasonable but the middle management are workaholics and micromanages and doesn't listen to or welcomes feedback on what's going on with their subordinates.

Fellow employees are smart and hardworking The benefits and perks are one of the better features of working at Gemini Young workforce A lot of senior management have impressive credentials and backgrounds Learning about new technologies and applying them daily Very reasonable work-life balance

Cons

A lot of the work is mundane Lack of opportunity to move between departments Compensation could be better
