Many ultimately leave from burn out.

Job expectations change regularly with little to no communication. You will come to work one day to find out a core part of your job has changed, usually resulting in more work, without any explanation. No one in my role has received a raise in over 2 years. Performing highly is rewarded with more work without an increase in compensation. Top heavy company where executives collect titles like trading cards while everyone at the bottom is constantly given excuses why we can't get a cost of living adjustment.
