A time of great change

Pros

Strong ownership and financial standing. International company with broad product offerings. Strong technical expertise of staff. Longevity of employment for many. Compensation program has historically been very positive.

Cons

A period of significant change is occurring due to turnover of senior management. The future direction of the company is uncertain. Communications from the top have been limited so it's frustrating to know where the company is going at this time. There are few upward mobility options. The future compensation structure is not yet known.

Good life insurance coverage. Also good retirement planning and savings plans. Previously strong conservative management leadership. Previous strong culture and work environment.

Cons

Poor health benefits and current management promoting class warfare among employees. Completely discounts the value of back office employees and removes controls in front office significantly increase risk of loss the company overall.
