Company is on the decline

Pros

- Great work life balance - Horizontal structure makes it possible for younger employees to get exposure to and learn from upper management

Cons

- Overly conservative pricing attitude has led to Gen Re not getting new business and decreasing market share substantially over the years. - In the past couple years, benefits and bonuses have been slashed in the name of cutting costs - Management is unwilling to adapt. The “that’s the way it’s always been done” mentality persists big time within the company culture.

Pros

- Flexible work schedule - Friendly environment - Free Parking

Cons

- Slow Decision making - Benefits have been slashed - Salaries not to par - New management does not appreciate service unit business contribution. - If you are working with a service unit then highly doubt you will see your bonuses next year
