Pros

Free lunch, amazing tech stack, amazing office location

Cons

Arrogant people everywhere especially many superior here have a fake performative culture, either you suck up or you fail, which in turns applies the same for probation review, favouritism over performance. If you did not know how to act upon the fake culture, they will manage you out by disguising them under the name of bad performance, to avoid legal actions, nitpick on small issues and workplace bullying is common and rampant here if you are not integrating into them. Fraud analytics department is one of the worst ones having these disgusting cultures

Pros

Amazing Colleagues Nice Benefits Unlimited PTO Flexible hours

Cons

Based on my experience, I lost trust in the leadership due to repeated decisions that felt inconsistent and often counterproductive. It frequently seemed that highly skilled and talented people were let go, while individuals who were less proactive or less willing to challenge leadership tended to remain. This created an environment where performance and initiative did not appear to be meaningfully rewarded. I also experienced a culture where favoritism felt present and where open disagreement or critical feedback was not always welcomed. Over time, this contributed to a noticeable lack of psychological safety and reduced openness in communication. Frequent layoffs further reinforced a sense of uncertainty and fear within the organization, which negatively affected morale and overall culture.

Pros

Good colleagues who are very technically competent, a lot of opportunities to grow your technical capabilities. A lot of employee engagement initiatives, including sports and interest groups. Despite my criticism I would still suggest spending some time working here to learn from colleagues.

Cons

Senior leadership doesn’t inspire confidence, they say questionable things (like promoting inter office relationships, suggesting that employees should be pushing for 12 hour days). During promotion review they give very poor feedback, apparently the CTO looks at your number of commits as an indication of your performance. Most senior management seem like young people who got promoted fast when the company was small and starting out. Lots of changes in team structure that are made quickly and then reverted, this makes it hard to progress in your career. Churn rate is very high.
