Pros

People you work with, many of them are smart, helpful, good people. Depending on a team you can learn a lot.

Cons

Became too corporate. Management is terrible, they don't have any long term plans or clear direction. Plans are being changed constantly, priorities are unclear. Constant layoffs and uncertanity. Low salaries, and impossible promotions. No salary raises or promotion even in cases where your performance is beyond the current level. If you stay long enough you will end up getting paid 50% or more below the market. AI is being pushed too much and given too much value. AI narrative is pushed too much by the management, even when it costs us productivity and solving critical tasks.

Pros

Some smart and friendly people across the company. In certain teams, you can learn a lot from individual contributors.

Cons

The company suddenly became overly corporate and management-heavy, with too much focus on reporting, status updates, and visibility instead of actual useful work. There was constant pressure to "show progress" even when priorities were unclear or leadership did not seem aligned on what actually mattered. There is also a strong push to jump on the AI trend and demonstrate AI initiatives, tooling, and use cases, even when the actual business need or technical fit was weak. It often felt more driven by optics and leadership reporting than by real value creation. Compensation also did not feel competitive enough for the level of pressure, ambiguity, and expectations.

- Good salary - Good benefits - A lot of smart folks and gals working as ICs

Cons

- Too big and corporate culture - Not remote friendly for new hires - Not much career opportunities - Bad management, a lot of people with Managerial titles just because the are technically "smartest" but not really managers
