      Pros

      Great place to work right out of college with a life science degree. Friendly staff, fun coworkers, great place to learn and socialize.

      Cons

      No room to move up, salary is terrible.

      Somewhat a good start point of your career if you are a fresh graduate Coworkers are friendly

      Cons

      - starting salary is very bad, almost minimum wage - the management is lacking basic skills and very disorganized - overwork - extremely high turnover rate which worsened the workload. It also took them extensive period of time to hire replacement - very little space for career advancement - favoritism. Management only appreciates people they like - there are quite some Trump supporters (they keep it low key though). it is especially ironic considering most of them are Chinese immigrants - people outside of the department like to gossip A LOT
