      Great benefits, flexible work schedule, and good people.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional executive/senior leadership team, constantly changing their mind and plans. Keeping of managers who are not as good and letting the good managers go.

      Its a job and the checks clear.

      Pros

      Independence of working in the field. Get to meet and help new customers as well as old ones. Get to see a large variety of equipment.

      Cons

      Shareholders come first. Customers second. Always on call. Company takes customers that no one else will deal with. Too much work on generacs that should have been scrapped decades ago.

      Great culture, atmosphere and super flexible. Everyone is willing and wanting to help one another. Great Pay and flexibility. Really makes a work life balance enjoyable.
