Toxic work environment

Pros

Being out in the field and away from the office/shop.

Cons

Toxic management, toxic coworkers. Much better companies to work for in the area. No chances for additional training. The best techs learned their skills elsewhere. Pension is a joke, you can do better saving/investing on your own. Weak union. No diversity. Complete lack of work culture and values. The place has continually gone downhill. Would not recommend to anyone.
