      Hands on CEO, extremely knowledgeable, informative, unites & engages employees, breath of fresh air. Nice to see smiling employees again.

      New Owners! New Atmosphere!

      Pros

      GenTech was sold in July, and since then we have been under new management. Our new CEO has proven himself to be flexible, understanding and easy to work for. The whole atmosphere of the company has changed for the better.

      Cons

      Since the new CEO took over, any concerns I had were resolved.
