      Amazing co-workers, great pay and benefits, very flexible, ability to work remote if necessary, growing business.

      I can't think of any cons, the change in management has been all positive.

      Pros

      I had originally applied at GenTech because it was very close to my home. After being employed here for almost 5 months I quickly realized this was the best decision I ever made. Everyone is great to work with and the management is truly the best.

      I really have no cons to speak of.

      Pros

      Nothing past a 5 day work week with an hour lunch break.

      Cons

      CEO cheats customers, is incredibly unprofessional and childish towards employees and customers, and creates a hostile work environment with bipolar outbursts and an outrageously high employee turnover rate.
