Pros

I worked at GenUI for 2.5 years. I had a great experience and would recommend GenUI to anyone considering their next career move. Here are a few reasons I had an awesome experience: - Very collaborative, fun, team-oriented culture. There is a strong engineering culture that values pair programming and working together to solve tough challenges. There are weekly tech talks and the team tries hard to feel "together" even while working remotely. - Opportunity to work on innovative/new tech, projects feel impactful and valued. The projects vary across different industry verticals and stay interesting. Cool client work, new focus this year is technology commercialization. - The people who work at GenUI are genuinely fun, good, humble people. They are always trying to better themselves and GenUI. There is a strong emphasis on safety and work/life balance (usually only 40 hour work weeks). - Small company environment makes you feel valued and like your work has an immediate impact. - I genuinely enjoyed coming to work everyday and always had something new to work on. The environment can be fast paced at times and requires people who like independence and working in ambiguous situations. For me, this was always fun and kept projects interesting.

Cons

Sometimes there are slow periods for project work in consulting, but the team works hard to have a strong project pipeline and the delivery team is one of the best I've ever seen.
