      Pros

      If you are a stand-out worker they favor you, but that also means they work you more. Work is all year around but during fall-spring season, overtime is available. With overtime, pay is good. Salary jobs are good initially.

      Cons

      Business can be up and down depending on the industry. There's a lot of favoritism. Attitudes run hot most days. Getting a raise can be very difficult. No sick time or personal days. You have to put in a decade to get more than 2 weeks vacation. It's difficult to see others getting preferential treatment while you are coming in everyday working.

      Stable company in a niche market with few alternative competitors. Company has a national presence with the ability in some departments to work nationwide.

      Cons

      Stable product line with only a small investment in new product development. Low pay, scant room for advancement and indifferent management.
