Pros

Nice coworkers, good benefits, and remote work.

Cons

The company feels directionless, Excessive resources spent on a product that just isn't selling. Constant change of leadership and rebranding trying to find someone or something that works. Most employees stay with the company for the sole fact they can work fully remote. All departments, except for sales, are understaffed. It's hard to manage your workload because of this and leads to burn out.

they are very flexible in hours.

they don't value the employees like they say they do. The pay could be better. Too depending for the amount of people they have.
