1 - Over 2+ years at Genea, I’ve had a largely positive experience, thanks to a culture of collaboration and innovation. 2 - The company respects and supports a healthy balance between personal and professional life.

Cons

So far, I haven’t encountered any major cons. Minor concerns have been handled promptly, reflecting the company’s focus on continuous improvement. The only suggestion would be to organize more regular team-building activities to further strengthen team connections.
