      Pros

      1- Flexibility in timing and No Timesheet. 2-Sole Responsibility to design-develop-deploy which gives you proper learning curve. 3- As an engineer you need research on your design and in here you can do as much as research and come up with best design possible for the solution and team will brainstorm with you. 3- Definitely Good Pay compared to other product company of this scale. 4-Full Transparency. 5- Managers will help you decide your goals and path towards excellence. 6- Lot of other perks- Every year whole team will go on outing at some fun location like Goa for Fun fest.

      Cons

      No Cons as of now. 😅 Only thing this company is lagging is giving lenevo laptops with HO monitors which are good. Expected Apple laptops🤣. But not a deal breaker it's the best from my point of view.
