Lots of opportunities to work with people internationally, travel and work on global projects

Cons

Benefits were cut, bonuses were cut, 6 - 7 am meetings most days and expected to work into the evenings and on email 24/7. No work life balance.

Excellent people, hard-working and committed to the idea that we are here to help patients. Pay ok and benefits are excellent. We have become "BIG pharma" and all that is bad and associated with that.

Global integration is painful.........very tough now that decisions are made by Roche
