A great place to work if you are somewhat satisfied with having a constant salary and not moving up the ladder as much since this company is already very structured. It is also a great place to work since the Genentech stamp on your resume will help your career.

Cons

This place definitely is a lot better to work at if you are someone married because the issue of getting time off is very skewed toward those people.
