Business Outlook
Pros
Good team environment, challenging work, lots of ever-changing experience, good managers and co-workers. Good balance of work/play within the company. Lots of fun teambuilding activities, bbq's, get-togethers, etc.
Cons
Very political environment in regards to promotions, not a lot of lateral movement. Once you're in a position you're likely to stay and max out at that salary position given they don't tend to promote within.
