      Lots of talent but little motivation to feel moving.

      Pros

      Great company, great pay. The campus is nice and there is always something cool every day you hear or learn about. The general feeling is one of happy people and making a difference.

      Cons

      The contract workers are a huge part of the company and do most of the important manufacturing work. Unfortunately the company recently has slowed down to almost a halt with hiring contract workers, making it difficult for some areas to maintain the motivation and incentives for good work. Lots of talent is leaving the company doors without ever having the company really take a look at them.

      Pros

      Good salary. Abundant stock options with the stock price rising considerably. Smart and committed people. Lots of little benefits like on site dentist, car washes and concierge services

      Cons

      Commercial in general and marketing in particular is very high pressure. Management demands a great deal even though the primary barrier to change is the company's own legal department. Legal is probably right to be very conservative but the leadership in commercial still puts lots of pressure on line marketing and other commercial activities to be "cutting edge" and deliver. There is a culture in upper management of throwing lower level people under the bus.

      Pros

      GREAT PLACE to work. I'm retired military and this is my first, last and only job I will have until I completely retire. Warm environment to work, where the management truly cares about the employee. Bottom up input to with an open door policy. GREAT pay, GREAT benefits, GREAT management, GREAT location! What isn't there to like

      Cons

      Maybe a bit too touchy feely, but then again compared to where I came from everyone is touchy feely. There was a culture change that was a bit weird compared to my last job, but I adjusted and all is good!
