      -You must fit a mold if you are going into sales. If you think outside of the box and want to go into sales, you will be better off somewhere else. - Sometimes Arrogance gets in the way of effectively deploying strategies.

      If only all employers could be like this one

      Pros

      Great people. Great culture. Great benefits. The company really cares about making a difference in people's lives and always puts it's patients first.

      Cons

      Working on a global team (i.e. for Roche) at Genentech can be a little more difficult as SSF is not always keep at the forefront of people's minds. Senior management often does try to keep this in mind, however, it can feel like we are just an expensive site.

      Amazing benefits, access to numerous classes and continuing education, amazing facilities, great company activities, fascinating projects

      Raises are not generous or complimentary, overworked people, very long hours, work life balance can be compromised
